comprehensive mold air sampling and allergen testing.

Testing
MOLD
A mold inspection is a comprehensive assessment of a property to identify the presence of mold, determine the extent of the mold growth and pinpoint the underlying causes of mold. It involves a thorough examination of the property, including visual inspection, infrared/moisture meter readings, sampling and testing. A mold inspection provides valuable information to develop an effective remediation plan and prevent further mold-related problems.
SWIMMING POOL/SPA
The scope of our inspection includes a limited visual inspection of the pool electrical system, primary circulation system, pool barrier system, the pool interior surface and surrounding deck.
NEW HOME
This inspection can be during the early phases of construction when more of the house is visible or when the home is almost complete. The walk-through with the builder is not enough. Problems can be fixed before moving in to your new home.
